双波长示差分光比色法超微量血清铁测定

摘要(Abstract):

本文介绍以 Ferrozine 为显色剂,利用双波长示差分光比色法在 MUTIS-TRTⅢ荧光散射光自动离心式生化分析仪作血清铁超微量测定,并用直线回归方程确定标准曲线。使血清铁测定达到了标本需量小,准确性好,检测速度快。本法线性好,回收率在96%~104%之间,C.V、=1.7%。临床应用效果满意。
In this study,serum iron concentration was determined for supermicroquanti- tive analysis with dual wavelength and differential spetrophometry in Multistrt Ⅲ Micro Centrifugal Analyser. Standardization cure was established by linear regression.The results have sh- own that the method has many advantages such as;supermicroquantitive serum sample,exact and fast measurement,goodlinear and higher ratio of recovery. Using this method,we measured normal value of 105 cases healthy children of preschool age and serum iron concentration of the patients with iron difici- ency anemia.The results were consistent with normal valve in the literature and degree of the disease.
