摘要(Abstract):
目的:观察灵芝三萜类化合物(GLT)对AD模型大鼠海马组织形态的影响。方法:70只大鼠随机分为生理盐水组,假手术组,模型组,溶媒组,GLT低、中、高剂量组;除生理盐水组和假手术组外,其余各组大鼠单侧海马内一次性注射Aβ25-35制作AD大鼠模型,术后生理盐水组、假手术组、模型组大鼠分别灌胃生理盐水,溶媒组灌胃食用油,GLT各组分别灌胃低、中、高剂量的GLT20d,然后采用透射电镜观察海马神经元的超微结构变化。结果:GLT能明显改善模型大鼠脑组织海马CA1区神经元的退行性变化。结论:GLT能改善大鼠海马CA1区神经元的退行性变化。
Objective:To observe the protective effects of triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum (GLT) on the modality of hippocampus tissue of Alzheimer disease (AD) model rats.Methods:AD rats induced by injection of Aβ25-35 into one side of hippocampus were treated with GLT orally for 20 days and then ultrastructural changes of neurons were observed under transmission electron microscope.Results:The modality of hippocampus CA1 region neurons of GLT treated AD rats was distinctly improved when compared with that of the model rats that did not receive GLT treatment.Conclusion:GLT can improve recessively changed neurons in hippocampus CA1 region.
