摘要(Abstract):
目的 :研究重症肺炎患儿血液流变学的变化及探索抗凝改善微循环的方法。方法 :设对照组 (轻症肺炎 ) 5 0例 ,观察组 (重症肺炎 ) 15 0例 ,采用北京利普生LBT N6A型锥板式粘度仪测定。观察组又分为复方丹参治疗组和未用复方丹参治疗组 ,观察其治疗效果。结果 :观察组血粘度明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,复方丹参治疗组恢复期明显低于未治疗组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :肺炎患儿急性期均有血粘度的增高 ,重症者更明显 ,给予复方丹参液后 ,能抗凝、降低血粘度、改善微循环、缩短疗程、提高抢救成功率
Objective: To study the changes of blood rheology of children suffering from severe pneumonia and explore the new method of anticoagulation and improving microcirculation. Method: 50 cases of mild pneumonia were taken as control group (CG) and 150 cases of severe pneumonia were taken as observation group (OG). The latter one was further divided into mitiorrhiza-treating group (MtG) and non-miltiorrhiza treating group (NMtG). Awl-shaped Beijing Lipusheng LBY-N6A viscosimeter was used. Results: The blood viscosity of OG was much higher than that of CG (P<0.01). The recovery period of MtG was much shorter than that of NMtG (P<0.01). Conclusions: The blood viscosity of children suffering from pneumonia, specially children with sever pneumonia, increases in acute phase. Salvia miltiorrhizae has the function of anticoagulation, lowering the blood viscosity, improving microcirculation, shortening the course of treatment, and improving the rate of success and recovery.
