口腔鳞癌中TF的表达与巨噬细胞的关系The Correlation of Tissue Factor to Macrophage in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨人类口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中组织因子(tissue factor,TF)的表达与肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor associated macrophages,TAMs)间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法分别检测TF和CD68(标记巨噬细胞)在42例OSCC和10例口腔正常组织中的表达。结果:口腔鳞癌中TF的表达与有无淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关,并与肿瘤内浸润的巨噬细胞相关(r=0.438,P<0.01)。结论:OSCC中的TAMs与TF密切相关,TAMs可能通过TF发挥促血管生成作用,促进肿瘤生长、发展和转移。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of tissue factor(TF)and tumor associated macrophage(TAMs) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods: Macrophage antigen(CD68) was used to mark macrophages specifically.The expressions of TF and CD68 treated TAMs were detected with immunohistochemical SABC method in 42 specimens of OSCC tissues and 10 specimens of normal tissues.Results: TF expression was correlated with the lymphatic metastasis,TNM stage and macrophage infiltration in OSCC(P<0.05).Conclusion: TF expression is closely related with TAMs in OSCC.TAMs may promote tumor angiogenesis and participate in growth,progression and metastasis of OSCC with the help of TF.
