氟骨症动物模型骨骼的X线、光镜和扫描电镜观察
RADIOLOGIC, LIGHT MICROSCOPIC, AND SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATIONS ON BONES OF EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS IN SKELETAL FLUOROSIS

摘要(Abstract):

用30只日本大白兔,其中10只每日每公斤体重喂NaF50mg,10只每日每公斤体重喂NaF10mg,另10只作为对照,喂饲7月后杀死观察。与对照组比较,实验组(尤其是高剂量组)表现明显的骨膜下新骨增生以及多发性外生骨疣和内生骨疣,有的表现骺软骨下骨质疏松,极少数骨有弯曲变形。与人类氟骨症不同的是,大白兔骨骼X改变以四肢长骨最明显。光镜和扫描电镜观察表明新骨生成和旧骨吸收都加速且呈现紊乱。
Thirty rabbits, among them ten were fed with 50mg NaF/day/kg of body weight, ten with 10 mg NaF/day/kg of body weight,and ten for control,were sacrificed after seven months raising.Their bones were used for radiographic, light microscopic, and scanning electron microscopic observations. As compared with the control, the experimental animals, especially those fed with the highest amount of NaF, showed prominent sub-periosteal new bone formation, multiple exostoses and enostoses. Some showed sub-metachondral osteoporosis, and very few bones were bowed and deformeb. ln contrast with human skeletal fluorosis, radiologic changes were most prominent in lone bones of upper and lower extremities rather than in the vertebral columu and the pelvis. Light microscnpy and scanning electron microscopy signified that both new bone formation and old bone resorption were disturbed and speeded in the diseased bone tissue.
