术前用药对老年人SpO＿2的影响Effect of SPO_2 on Premedicant for Old Patient

摘要(Abstract)：
老年人呼吸功能随年龄的增长逐渐减退。为了提高老年病人手术的安全性，本文观察了３０例病人术前用药前、后ＳｐＯ２变化。结果显示，鲁米那钠组病人用药前、后ＳｐＯ２变化无显著性差异，而安定组病人用药后ＳｐＯ２有下降趋势。
Respiratory function of old patient was found decreasing with age. Hypoxemia has been payed attention to during operation. But it hasn' t been reported that premedicant affects SpO2 of aged patient. The effects of premedicant on SpO2 were observed in 30 patients by using different drugs and dose. No change was noticed in SpO2 using aduit-dose luminal sodium while the SpO2 tends to decrease in patients using adult-dose valium.
