多层自体巩膜瓣覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台植入的效果Effect of Multilayer Autologous Scleral Flap Covered Hydroxyapatite Implantation

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨多层自体巩膜瓣覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后的效果。方法:38例行眼内容物剜除术患者,其中18例选择采用羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术植入义眼,20例选择多层自体巩膜瓣覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术植入义眼,比较观察组及对照组病人术后义眼台暴露率、活动度,同时观察并发症情况。结果:观察组和对照组义眼台活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组术后发生结膜炎1例,并引发义眼台暴露,再次缝合后愈合;两组均未发生其它并发症。结论:多层自体巩膜瓣覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术,是眼内容物剜除术后眼窝填充较为理想的手术方法,可有效降低手术后义眼台暴露等并发症。
Objective: To investigate the use of multilayer autologous scleral flap covered hydroxyapatite implantation and analyze its postoperative effects. Methods: Thirty-eight patients who received hydroxyapatite implantation from August 2012 to February 2014 were enrolled in this study,of whom20 cases were selected to undergo multilayer autologous scleral flap covered hydroxyapatite implantation( observation group). The orbit motion,orbit implant exposure rate and complications were observed and compared between observation group and control group. Results: There was no statistical difference in orbit motion between observation group and control group. In control group,there was one case of conjunctivitis,which incurred orbit implant exposure and healed by suture. There were no other complications in two groups. Conclusion: Multilayer autologous scleral flap covered hydroxyapatite implantation is an ideal surgery among clinical orbital plombage,which can effectively reduce complications such as orbital exposure.
