VisuMax飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术治疗近视的疗效观察Curative Effect Observation of Visu Max LASIK in Treatment of Myopia

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨Visu Max飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)对近视的疗效。方法:应用Visu Max飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术治疗160眼近视患者,比较治疗后1 d、1周、1月、3月、6月及1年时的裸眼视力,角膜厚度≤500μm 20眼术中设计厚度与术后实际厚度,治疗前及治疗后1月、6月时的泪膜破裂时间(BUT),观察术中及术后并发症。结果:治疗后,患者裸眼视力≥1.0的比例随着时间的推移而逐渐升高,达到手术预期效果;角膜厚度≤500μm 20眼术中设计的角膜瓣厚度与术后实测厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.991,P=0.061);治疗1月及6月时的BUT显著高于治疗前(t=-5.183、-3.062,P<0.05);治疗1月与6月比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中有1眼发生结膜下出血,1~2周逐渐吸收。结论:Visu Max飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术治疗近视效果良好,对薄角膜瓣的预测性强。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of laser in situ keratomileusis( LASIK) by Visu Max femtosecond laser for myopia. Methods: A total of myopic patients( 160 eyes) were treated with Visu Max LASIK femtosecond laser. The uncorrected visual acuity( UCVA) was compared between patients of 1day,1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment. The postoperative corneal flap thickness and preoperative design corneal flap thickness was compared in 20 eyes operation of 500 μm or less of corneal flap thickness. The postoperative breakup time of tear film( BUT) 1 month and 6 month after operation was compared with that of preoperative data. Results: After treatment,the proportion of patients ' visual acuity of more than 1. 0 gradually increased with the passage of time,and reached the expected effect of surgery. There was no statistically significant difference between the postoperative corneal flap thickness and preoperative design corneal flap thickness in20 eyes operation of 500 μm or less of corneal flap thickness( t =- 1. 991,P = 0. 061). After treatment for 1 month and 6 months,BUT was significantly higher than before treatment( t =- 5. 183,-3. 062,P < 0. 05) and there was no statistically significant difference in BUT between 1 month treatment and 6 months treatment( P > 0. 05). During the operation,there was 1 eye of conjunctival hemorrhage,which was gradually absorbed within 1 to 2 weeks. Conclusion: Visu Max LASIK has a good effect in the treatment of myopia,and the prediction of the thin corneal flap is very strong.
