摘要(Abstract)：
从临床实际出发按照中医的辨证论治特点对偏头痛分为五种证型,采取辨证取穴的方法共治60例,取得比较满意的效果。总有效率91.7％。
According to the theory of Chinese Traditional Medicine about determination of treattment based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs, and combining with clinical practice, 60 migraine cases were divided into 5 syndrome types.According to classification of the modern medicine, it is hypertension 4, neurous headache 42, postconcussion syndrome 6, angioheadache 3, neurosis 5.According to Chinese Traditional Medicine it is exuberance of vital function of the liver 4, deficiency of vital function of the liver 9, blood stasis 6, deficiency of blood 38, and phlegm-turbidity 3.The patients were trealed with acupuncture at different points depending on the syndrome.Satisfying results were achieved, and the general effective rate was 91.7%.
