摘要(Abstract):
报道了60例金属汞密切接触工人的外周血淋巴细胞微核率(MN)和姐妹染色单体互换率(SCE)的观察分析。结果表明各工龄组姐妹染色单体互换率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),微核率则接触工龄10年以上组有统计学意义。同时分析了尿汞与汞诱变作用的关系及吸烟对汞诱变作用的影响。
The frequencies of micronucleus and sister chromatid exchange in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 60 workers closely exposed to mercury were analysed. The workers of 2-27 working year were divided into 4 groups. As a result, the sister chromatid exchange frequencies in all working-year groups(i.e. 4.91, 4.99, 5.13/cell) were obviously higher than those in the control group (4.23/cell), and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The ftequencies of lymphocyte micronucleus in the over-10-working-year group and the over-20-working-year group were 2.82 and 2.97% respectively and were both obviously higher than those in the control group (1.59%), and the differences were also significant (P<0.01).But the differences between the control group and the other 2 groups (i.e. the group of under-10-working-year) were insignificant.The relationship between urine mercury and the mutagenic effect of mercury was analysed, and the influence of cigarette smoking the mutagenic effect of mercury was also analysed.
