人胎甲状腺生长抑素免疫活性细胞的个体发生Ontogeny of Somatostatin Immunoreactive Cells in the Human Fetal Thyroid Gland

摘要(Abstract):
用PAP法对32例12~30周胎儿甲状腺生长抑素免疫活性细胞进行观察。发现生长抑素阳性细胞在胎20周前随胎龄增长而增多,而21周后细胞数呈减少趋势,且对免疫抗血清的反应强度减弱,细胞内颗粒颜色也渐由棕黑至浅黄。生长抑素细胞的分布与降钙素细胞相同,有滤泡内位、滤泡旁位和滤泡间位三种,以第一种为主。生长抑素细胞单个分散存在时多呈圆形、卵圆形,或具有一短小突起,当成群分布时,则常呈多边形。
Somatostatin immunoreactive cells in the thyroid gland studies by PAP method in thirty-two human fetuses aged 12-30 weeks of gestation.The results indicated that the number of somatostatin immunoreactive cells appeared numerous before middle stage of fetus, but the cells progressively decreased in number and the immunoreactive intensity weakened at later fetal life. The colour of granules was from brown-black to pale yellow. As the same with calcitonin immunoreactive cells, the somatostatin immunoreactive cells also occupied as many as three positions in relation to follicles. They were found between follicular epithelium cells, between follicuar cell and besement membrane, and between follicles. They situated predominantly in the follicular epithelium. They usually occur singly or in small group of three to fives. When found singly, the cells are mostly round to oval or with a short precess whereas in groups they appea polyhedal.
