摘要(Abstract)：

研究古尼拟青霉对心血管的作用 ,实验结果表明 :本品 ( 4g/kg、2g/kgH)能明显延长常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间 ;对抗异丙肾上腺素增加心肌耗氧量作用 ;能使正常大鼠心率减慢及血压下降 ;并能对抗麦角新碱及去甲肾上腺素引起离体兔胸主动脉收缩。结果提示古尼拟青霉有降低心肌耗氧量作用
The experiments showed that as application of Paecilomyces gunnii(4 g/kg,2 g/kg H),the survival time of mice under hypoxia at normal pressure was prolonged.After medication of it however increased oxygen consumption induced by isoproterenol in mice could be reversed.Paecilomyces gunnii(0 1 g/kg,0 05 g/kg iv)caused a low blood pressure and reduced heart rate of rats. Otherwise, it antagonized constriction of thoracal aorta rings of rabbit resulting from ergometrine and norepinephrine in vitro.These results suggested that Paecilomyces gunnii could decrease oxygen consumption.
