摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(u PA)在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:乳腺癌手术切除标本109例,乳腺腺瘤28例,应用免疫组织化学SABC法对切除组织标本进行u PA染色,分析u PA在乳腺腺瘤、乳腺癌及在乳腺癌不同病理类型和转移分类中的表达。结果:u PA的阳性表达率在乳腺腺瘤为32.14%,乳腺癌为61.48%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非浸润性癌u PA的表达率明显低于浸润性癌,浸润性导管癌u PA的表达率明显低于髓样癌,有淋巴结转移组织的乳腺癌u PA的表达率显著高于无转移组织者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:u PA表达可能是乳腺癌细胞侵袭和转移机制之一。
