摘要(Abstract):
目的:观察长链脂肪乳(LCT)丙泊酚和中/长链脂肪乳(MCT/LCT)丙泊酚大剂量输注12 h对家兔血脂的影响。方法:家兔12只,在氯胺酮静脉麻醉后分别持续输注LCT丙泊酚或(L组)MCT/LCT丙泊酚30 mg/(kg.h)(M组),并于输注丙泊酚前(T0),持续输注3 h(T1)、6 h(T2)、12 h(T3)四个时点分别检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL))。结果:(1)L、M两组家兔血清TG在T0、T1、T2、T3四个时点组内对比P<0.01,L组与M组组间对比在T1、T3时点P<0.05;(2)L组TCT0、T1、T2时点同T3时点对比有统计学意义(P<0.01),M组T0时点同T3时点对比P<0.05;(3)L、M组HDL T0、T1、T2、T3四个时点之间组内对比有统计学意义(P<0.01);(4)L组LDL T2、T3时点同T0时点对比P<0.01,T2、T3时点同T1时点对比P<0.05,L组与M组组间对比在T3时点P<0.05。结论:大剂量输注MCT/LCT丙泊酚和LCT丙泊酚均会引起家兔血脂四项的升高,TG及LDL升高的程度在MCT/LCT丙泊酚组明显小于LCT丙泊酚组,MCT/LCT丙泊酚输注达12 h才会引起TC的明显升高,因此MCT/LCT丙泊酚对家兔血脂的影响小于LCT丙泊酚。
Objective: To compare the effect of sustainable transfusion of large doses of long chain triglycerides(LCT) propofol for 12 hours with sustainable transfusion of medium/long chain triglycerides(MCT/LCT) propofol on rabbit blood lipid.Methods: Twelve rabbits were randomly divided into groups L and M,by using random number table method.After accepting ketamine intravenous anesthesia,rabbits of the two groups were infused with LCT propofol and MCT/LCT propofol 30 mg/(kg·h) respectively.Femoral vein blood were drawn to examine triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) before treatment with propofol(T0),and at 3 h(T1),6 h(T2),12 h(T3) after continuous infusion of propofol.Results:(1) In the same group,TG at the four time points was different from each other(P<0.01),and statistical differences were found in TG between groups L and M at time points T1 and T3(P<0.05);(2)In group L,TC at time point T3 was different from that at T0,T1 and T2(P<0.01);In group M,TC at time point T3 was different from that at T0(P<0.05);(3)In the same group,HDL at the four time points was different from each other(P<0.01);(4)In group L,LDL at time point T2 and T3 was different from that at T0(P<0.01)and T1(P<0.05).Statistical differences were found in LDL between groups L and M at time points T3(P<0.05).Conclusions: In condition of infusion of large dosage of propofol for 12 h,both MCT/LCT propofol and LCT propofol can increase rabbit blood lipid,however,the TG and LDL rise degree of LCT propofol is more obvious than that of MCT/LCT propofol.In the same dosage and same exposure time conditions,the effect of MCT/LCT propofol on blood liquid is less than that of LCT propofol.
