摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :探讨消糖 2号和消糖 5号对小鼠血糖的影响。方法 :以腹腔注射 (ip)四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型 ;观察消糖 2号和消糖 5号对糖尿病小鼠血糖、对正常小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响。结果 :按 1.6 g/kg体重灌胃给药 ,消糖 5号可使实验性高血糖含量明显降低 ,使正常小鼠血糖含量下降。与消糖 5号比较 ,消糖 2号对小鼠血糖无明显影响。结论 :消糖 5号降糖作用较好
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiao Tang 2 and Xiao Tang 5 on blood glucose in mice. Methods: The model of hyperglucemia mice was established by injecting Alloxan intraabdominal cavityly; Effect of Xiao Tang 2 and Xiao Tang 5 blood glucose in diabetes and normal mice and on glucose tolerance of mice was observed. Results: At the end of the experiment, the introgastric administration of Xiao Tang 5 at the dosage of 1.6?g crude drug/kg can be highly effective in lowering blood glucose in hyperglucemia mice and decrease the blood glucose in normal mice. Compared with Xiao Tang 5, Xiao Tang 2 was not significant effect on blood glucose in diabetes and normal mice and on glucose tolerance of mice. Conclusion: Only Xiao Tang 5 can significantly reduce blood glucose in mice.
