摘要(Abstract):
绿脓杆菌L型可在非高渗透性无抗生素的1640液中传代培养。其形态为圆球或长丝状,丧失鞭毛,不运动,可通过0.3μm孔径的滤菌器,酶活性和对抗生素的敏感性不同于其亲代细菌,并可进入HeLa细胞内和致细胞病变。
L forms of pseudomonas aeruginosa could be subcultured in non-high osmotic 1640 liquid medium without antibiotic. They were spheroid an d elongate bodies, lost the flagellum and could not move. The L forms were passable to filters of 0.3μm pore size and different from the parent bacteria from which they were derived on the activities of enzymes and the susceptibility to antibiotics. The L forms of P. aeruginosa were within HeLa cells and cytopathic on cultures of the cells.
