摘要(Abstract):
研究口服芦笋干粉对腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成大鼠骨髓抑制的影响。结果表明环磷酰胺注射5天后芦笋组大鼠外周血白、红细胞数的减少明显轻于对照组,注射十天后芦笋组骨髓有核细胞增生活跃,外周血白、红细胞数量的回升也明显快于对照组。本研究表明芦笋对环磷酰胺造成的骨髓抑制有保护作用。
The effect of asparagus in relieving myelosuppression of Wistar rats caused by cyclophosphamide were reported. The rats were divided into two groups for control and asparagus treatment (experimental group). All rats were injected with cyclophosphamide at the dose of 60 mg/kg BW intraperitonealy. The animals of experimental group were fed with food containing 5% of asparagus.The numbers of WBC , RBC were counted and Hb content was checked as detection index. The results showed that the reduction of WBC. RBC and Hb of asparagus feeding rats was much less than that of control in five days after the injecticn. Ten days later, the number of blood cells increased more quickly and the proliferation of nucleate cells in the bone marrow was more active in asparagus group than those in the control. Similar changing trend of Hb content had also been found. The data suggested that asparagus has the effect of protecting rats from myelosuppression caused by cyclophosphamide.
