22种中草药提取物体外抗菌实验研究
Study on the Antibacterial Activities of 22 Herbal Extracts in vitro

摘要(Abstract):

目的:测定芸香草等22种中草药提取物体外抑菌活性。方法:乙醇冷浸制备22种植物药材的乙醇提取物,观察其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌及耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的抑制作用,用琼脂打孔法对其抗菌活性进行筛选,通过倍比稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:22种乙醇提取物中有6种对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌有不同程度的抑制作用,有7种对MRSA有较强的抑制作用,抑菌圈直径为15~27 mm,MIC为31.25~500 mg/L,MBC为250~2 000 mg/L,对白念珠菌、大肠埃希菌活性较弱。结论:芸香草、肉豆蔻等7种对所测金黄色葡萄球菌及MRSA具有较好的抑菌效果。
Objective: To determine the antibacterial activities of 22 herbal plant extracts in vitro.Methods: Ethanol immersion was employed to prepare 22 herbal plant extracts. Staphylococcus aureus( SA),Escherichiat coli( E. Coli),Candida albicans( C. Albicans),Pseudomonas aeruginosa( P. Aeruginosa) and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus( MRSA). Agar hole diffusion test was applied to screen the antibacterial activity. The minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration( MBC) were determined by double dilution method. Results: Six extracts showed different inhibitory effect against SA,E. coli,P. aeruginosa and C. albicans. Seven extracts showed strong inhibitory effect anti-MRSA. Their inhibition zone diameters( IZD) against were15 ~ 27 mm,and MIC was 31. 25 ~ 500,MBC was 250 ~ 2 000 g / m L. These plants showed weak inhibition against E. coli and C. albicans. Conclusion: Seven Chinese herbal extracts including Cymbopogon distains and Myristica fragrans showed inhibitory effects on SA and MRSA.
