摘要(Abstract)：

目的:评价国产封堵器的临床应用价值及安全性。方法:分析应用国产封堵器介入治疗先天性心脏病患者的病历资料,共90例患者,其中动脉导管未闭(PDA)28例,继发孔型房间隔缺损(ASD)35例,室间隔缺损(VSD)27例。统计本组患者封堵成功率、术后残余分流情况、并发症发生情况、住院时间、手术时间以及住院费用等资料。结果:90例患者均成功置入封堵器,术后均无残余分流,平均住院时间为(7.2±3.15)d,手术时间为(103.5±23.8)m in,平均费用为人民币(2.58±0.41)万元。1例VSD患者术后第4天发生脑栓塞,经脑血管介入融栓治疗症状缓解出院,2例术后12 h内发生完全性左束支传导阻滞,均经激素治疗后3 d内恢复正常。结论:国产封堵器介入治疗先天性心脏病疗效确切,且可大大降低患者的治疗费用,有利于该项技术的推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of transcatheter occlusion of patent ductus arteriosus(PDA),atrial septal defect(ASD),ventricular septal defect(VSD) using domestic occluder.Methods: Data of 90 patients in our hospital from January 2003 to May 2005were analyzed.Among them,28 patients suffered from PDA,35 from ASD,and 27 from VAD.Results: The implantation in all the 90 cases of congenital heart disease were successful and no residual flow exited after the operation.Brain stroke occurred in one case with VSD on the 4~(th) day after the operation and was remitted with medicine therapy.Bundle block supervened in two cases in 12 hours after the implantation and was remitted by cortical hormone.The mean hospitalization time was(7.2±3.15) days,mean operation time(103.5±23.8)min,and mean expenses(25 800±4 100) yuan. Conclusions: Domestic occluder is a safe and effective interventional apparatus and is cheaper than the Amplatze ones.
