毛细管柱气相色谱法测定醇类消毒凝胶中乙醇含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立一种快速测定醇类消毒凝胶中乙醇含量的毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法:稀释待测样品,以叔丁醇为内标,采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定乙醇含量,并进行方法学验证。结果:乙醇峰和内标峰完全分离,乙醇浓度在110 g/L呈良好线性关系(Y=0.607 9X-0.030 3,r=0.999 5),方法检测限为1.67 mg/L,回收率为98.6%10 g/L呈良好线性关系(Y=0.607 9X-0.030 3,r=0.999 5),方法检测限为1.67 mg/L,回收率为98.6%99.9%,相对标准偏差RSD<2.0%。结论:毛细管柱气相色谱法可适用于醇类消毒凝胶中乙醇含量测定。
Objective: To establish a rapid determination method of ethanol in disinfectant gel by capillary-gas chromatography. Method: Using tert butyl alcohol as the internal standard,the sample was directly determined by capillary-gas chromatography after diluted. This method would be verified by experimentation. Results: The ethanol peak and the internal standard peak can be separated fully,the linearity of ethanol was good in the range of 1 99.9%,相对标准偏差RSD<2.0%。结论:毛细管柱气相色谱法可适用于醇类消毒凝胶中乙醇含量测定。

Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of ethanol in disinfectant gel.
