摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :研究血清羟脯氨酸、脯氨酸含量在肝纤维化形成过程中的诊断价值。方法 :制作四氯化碳(CCl4)大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,测定复制模型前及造模型后 2 ,4 ,6 ,8周血清羟脯氨酸、脯氨酸及肝脏胶原蛋白含量。结果 :血清羟脯氨酸、脯氨酸含量于造模型 2周后明显增加 ,随后逐渐下降 ;肝脏胶原蛋白含量也在第 2周明显增加 ,并一直保持不变。结论 :血清羟脯氨酸、脯氨酸含量测定对早期肝纤维化的辅助诊断有重要应用价值
Objective:To demonstrate the diagnostic values of the changes of serum Hyp and Pro to liver fibrosis.Methods: Rat liver fibrosis was induced with CCl 4;The contents of serum Hyp,Pro and liver collagen were maesured at the 2 nd ,4 th ,6 th and 8 th weeks after treatment.Results: the contents of serum Hyp,Pro and Hepatic collagen increased significantly at the 2 nd week post treatment,and then Hyp and Pro levels decreased,but Hepatic collagen kept the same level at the 4 th ,6 th and 8 th weeks post treatment.Conclusions: The serum Hyp and Pro levels might be an good indicator of early fibrosis of liver.
