三维超声卵泡容积测量技术在监测卵泡发育中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨经阴式三维超声卵泡容积测量技术在监测卵泡发育的应用价值。方法:分析65例不孕症患者二维超声常规检查和经阴式三维超声卵泡容积测量两种方法对卵泡监测结果,并运用Bland-Altman图像分析软件对二者进行一致性评估。结果:经阴式超声卵泡容积测量评估排卵日诊断符合率高于二维超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二维直径和三维球径两种测量方式对于单卵泡直径的测量一致性分析显示一致性不佳。结论:经阴式三维超声卵泡容积测量技术能够更准确评估排卵日及观察窦卵泡数目。
Objective: To evaluate the application of the transvaginal three-dimensional( 3 D) measurement of ultrasound follicular volume in monitoring follicles development. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data was carried out in 65 cases with infertility in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017,and the comparison was made between the two measurements of routine 2 D and transvaginal 3 D ultrasound follicular volume,and the Bland-Altman map analysis software was used to evaluate the consistency of the 2 D and 3 D measurements. Results: The transvaginal 3 D measurement of ultrasound follicular volume to assess the diagnose accordance rate of the ovulation day was statistically better than that by the 2 D measurement( P < 0. 05). In the research of both measurements of single follicle diameter by 2 D diameter and 3 D ball diameter,poor consistency was shown. Conclusion: The technique of the transvaginal three-dimensional( 3 D) measurement of ultrasound follicular volume can provide more accurate 3 D acoustic information about the number,shape and volume of ovarian follicles,and has advantage in determining ovulation dates and observing the number of antral follicles. It is of high value in the monitoring of follicles in patients with infertility.
