摘要(Abstract):
<正>脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是一种严重的致残性损伤,世界各国的脊髓损伤发病率基本相同,每年的发病率约30~40/1 000 000,并有逐年增高的趋势[1]。SCI后,除损伤引起的椎骨骨折或脱位导致的脊髓原发性损伤外,后期的继发性损伤才是造成脊髓功能障碍的主要原因。Carlson等[2]总结了继发性脊髓损伤的机制,包括缺血、生化改变、程序性细胞死亡、能量耗竭、毒性刺激物、神经
