掌跖银屑病1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>银屑病是一种慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,在我国患病率为0.123%,其皮疹既可局限出现,又可泛发于全身,如指甲、手掌、足底等,以寻常型最为常见[1]。掌跖银屑病是一种临床少见的寻常型银屑病类型,以典型的角化性斑块、脱屑为特征,常被误诊、漏诊,国内罕有报道[1-2]。现报道1例掌跖受力区出现特征性的皮损的掌跖银屑病。
