摘要(Abstract)：

采用ＳＦＥ和ＫＰＹＧ（２）两种人工培养基对大链壶菌ＣＡ分离株四个亚株（００－２５，００－５１，００－９１和００－１１４）进行摇床培养和固体培养，结果发现在相同的培养条件下，产卵孢子的能力有明显差别。其中００－１１４产卵孢子的能力最强。此外，对培养基种类和污染等因素对卵孢子产量的影响也进行了比较。
Four substrains of CA isolate of Lagenidium giganteum were cultured using both liquid and agar methods. It was shown that there was a big difference between the oosorogenic a bility of these substrains. Under the same culturing condition, substrain 00-114 produced much more oospores than the others. Media SFE and KPYG(2) were same efficient in culturing oospores,and contamination by other microbes didn't show harmful influence on the oosporogenesis as long as the fungus could grow to reproductive stages.
