P-gp与p53,nm23蛋白在原发性乳腺癌中的表达及意义
The Expression of P-gp, p53 and nm23 in Primary Breast Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

摘要(Abstract):

目的: 探讨乳腺癌组织中P糖蛋白(P-gp)与蛋白质p53、nm23蛋白的表达水平、相互关系及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测43例乳腺癌组织中P-gp蛋白的表达水平,用常规免疫组织化学法检测蛋白质P53和nm23蛋白的表达。结果:乳腺癌组织P-gp,p53、nm23蛋白的阳性表达率分别为48 8%, 32 6%和41 9%;P-gp与p53、nm23蛋白的表达具有显著相关性(P<0 05); P-gp的表达与年龄、月经状况、有无淋巴结转移、病理类型无关(P>0 05)。结论:乳腺癌组织具有多药耐药性,P-gp的表达与p53、nm23蛋白表达有关。
Objective: To study the clinical significance of expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp), p53, and nm23 in breast carcinoma tissues. Methods: P-gp expression in 43 case of breast cancer was examined by s-p immunohistochemistry analysis, while expression of p53, and nm23 in all the cases of breast carcinoma was detected routinely with immunohistochemistry method and the data of the latter two were used in this study. Results:The positive rates of p-gp, p53 and nm23 proteins were 48.8%, 32.6%, and 41.9% respectively in breast cancer specimens. The expression of p-gp had a significant correlation with those of p53 and nm23 protein (P<0.05).The expression of p-gp was not correlated with age, menstruation status, lymph node metastasis, and pathological types of the cancer (P> 0.05 ). Conclusions: Breast cancer tissue has intrinsic resistance to multidrug; Expression of P-gp was correlated with expression of p53 and nm23 proteins.
