氟喹诺酮联合微生态制剂对肝硬化血浆内毒素及细胞因子的影响Effect of Fluoquinolones Combined with Microecological Agent on Plasma Endotoxin and Levels of Some Cytokines in Liver Cirrhosis Patients

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨氟喹诺酮联合微生态制剂治疗肝硬化失代偿期内毒素血症的临床意义。方法:30例典型肝硬化失代偿期患者被随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用氟喹诺酮治疗,实验组采用氟喹喏酮和微生态制剂治疗,疗程均为14d;采用鲎试剂基质偶氮显色法定量测定血浆中内毒素的含量,酶联免疫技术测定血浆中TNF-α、IL-6和PAF的含量,应用Excel进行统计学分析。结果:实验组及对照组治疗后与治疗前相比,内毒素、TNF-α、IL-6和PAF的水平均明显降低(P<0.05),而治疗后实验组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:氟喹诺酮联合微生态制剂是治疗肝硬化失代偿期内毒血症的有效方法。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of fluoquinolones combined with microecological agent (FMA) in treating endotoxemia of liver cirrhosis at decompensation stage. Methods:Thirty typical patients of liver cirrhosis at decompensation stage were randomly divided into two groups:control group (group C) and fluoquinolones combined with microecological agent treated group (group F). The endotoxic quantity in plasma was tested with tachypleus amebocyte lysate chromogenic substrate assay,and the levels of PAF,IL-6 and TNF-α were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The data were statistically analyzed with Excel. Results:After treatment,the levels of endotoxin,TNF-α,IL-6,and PAF were significantly lower than before (P<0.05)in both the two groups,and the decreases in group F were more significant than those in group C (P<0.05). Conclusion:To cure endotoxemina of liver cirrhosis at decompensation stage,using fluoquinolones combined with microecological agent is a practicable and effective method.
