摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究青春期女性性发育、骨发育与身高突增的关系。方法:对贵阳市248名9~15岁健康女性测量身高及性发育评价,左手腕骨X光片,依据X光片用Grave法划分身高突增期;追踪1年的身高增长情况。结果:青春期女性的身高突增高峰(PHV)主要发生在乳房开始发育的同时,但在9岁及以后的无性发育个体中也有部分个体进入了高峰期。结论:乳房发育可作为9~14岁女性身高突增高峰的预测指标之一。
Objective:To study the relationship among sexual development,bone development and height spurt in adolescent females.Methods:The height and sexual development of 248 females aging 9~15 were measured in 2002~2003 in Guiyang,China.X-ray was used to check the development of their left carpal bones and the adolescent height spurt status was evaluated according to X-ray pictures and based on Grave's index.A one-year follow-up observation for body height of these girls was carried out.Results:Peak height velocity(PHV)occurred mainly at the beginning of breast development.Some of the girls beyond 8-years old without signs of sexual development also reached the stage of PHV.Conclusion:The breast development is recommended as one of the indices to predict the adolescent height spurt for 9~14-year-old females.
