镉对小白鼠睾丸的损害
Toxic Effect of Trace Element Cadmium on the Mouse Testes

摘要(Abstract):

在长期、低剂量条件下研究镉对小鼠睾丸损害的影响。动物分成3个实验组和1个对照组,实验组每周分别作皮下注射一次氯化镉水溶液1.00mg/kg,0.5mg/kg,及0.25mg/kg一年后对睾丸、附睾作了光、电镜及组化检查。分别观察到曲细精管内各级生精细胞出现不同程度的萎缩、退化溃变,细胞松散排列紊乱,甚或消失。细胞结构异常,组化ACP反应减弱,AKP反应阴性。附睾管腔的ACP和PAS反应阴性。显微分光光度的组化分析也显示某些生精细胞的DNA含量显著减低。说明即使低剂量Cd也可导致小鼠睾丸的损害。
Sixty mice divided into 4 groups, 3 experimental and 1 control, were injected subcutaneously once a week with cadmium (Cd) aqueous solution of 1.00mg/kg, 0.50mg/kg and 0.25mg/kg as higher, median and lower doses in the experimental groups, respectively, for one year. part of the experimental animals were observed after the injection was cut off for half a year. The testes and epididymides were observed with routine histological methods at the light and electron microscopic leves. In the seminiferours tubules, abnormal changes were demonstrated as sparse epithelia with a state of chaos, vacuolization in spermatogonia, appearing of giant and multinucleatted cells,or various amounts of acidophil material, and absence of spermatogenic cell with Sertoli cells or only the basement membrane being remai ned. The mitochondria accumulated, swelled or vacuolized in some spermato cytes and spermatogonia. Histochemically we observed with methods of alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and periodic acid schiff reaction, and analysed the content of DNA by a inicrospectrophotometer. The mechanism. of the toxic effect of Cd to testes and epididymides was discussed, we considered that even in a very low dosage Cd will still be able to damage the animal or human being.
