摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解口腔鳞癌(oral squam ous-cell carcinoma,OSCC)组织中白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)的表达情况,并探讨其与肿瘤发展和转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例OSCC和10例正常口腔黏膜中IL-8的表达,并分析其表达和临床指标的关系。结果:OSCC中IL-8的表达显著高于正常口腔黏膜组(P<0.05),其阳性表达率分别为67.50%和30.00%;在OSCC中IL-8的表达Ⅲ~Ⅳ期病例显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病例(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论:OSCC中IL-8的高表达参与了肿瘤的生长和转移,但具体的机制及其在OSCC预后、治疗中的意义还需进一步的研究。
Objective:To get information of IL-8 protein expression in oral squamous-cell carcinoma (OSCC), and to study its relationship with development and metastasis of the tumor. Methods: The expression of IL-8 in 40 cases of human OSCC and 10 specimens of normal oral mucosa was detected by using immunohistochemistry SP method, and the relationship of IL-8 expression with patients' clinical indexes was analyzed. Results: the positive rate of IL-8 protein expression in OSCC was 67.50%, which was significantly higher than that in normal oral mucosa (30.00%; P<0.05). Expression of IL-8 protein was correlated with TNM stages and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions: The high expression of IL-8 protein might be involved in the growth and metastasis of OSCC, while the potential mechanism and significance of IL-8 protein in the prognosis and treatment in OSCC need further research.
