摘要(Abstract)：
本文报道法医病理尸体解剖２４０例，进行一般情况、案件性质、死亡分类及死亡原因等分析，并就部分医疗事故（差错）的原因和性质进行讨论，进一步说明了法医病理解剖的重要性。
Forensic pathological autopsy within the legal system is one of the importment aspects of the works in forensic medicine. It plays an incalculable role in the determination, investigation, indentification and mediation or trial in court of many criminal or civil cases such as homicide or injury. Meanwhile it is important for improving medical science and clinical medicine. In this paper an analysis of 240 cases of forensic pathological autopsy was the first time to be reported in Guizhou Province dealing with the general conditions, the nature and the classification of cause of death of all the cases. In addition the causes and characators of some medical accidents or negligences were also diccussed finally. The importance of forensic pathological autopsy was expounded and we hope our works could take a step further to impove the identification level of forensic medicine in Guizhou Province.
