艳山姜药材的生药学鉴定

摘要(Abstract):

目的:对贵州产民族药艳山姜进行显微鉴别和质量评价。方法:采用性状、显微鉴别方法,参照2010年版中国药典一部附录方法(水分、挥发油、浸出物、总灰分与酸不溶灰分测定法)对贵州产民族药艳山姜进行质量评价研究。结果:描述了药材性状特征,横切面及粉末显微特征,艳山姜药材的水分、挥发油、浸出物、总灰分与酸不溶灰分测定结果分别在9.41%~10.36%,1.09%~1.15%,11.41%~17.28%,5.67%~7.65%,0.85%~1.09%。结论:研究结果可作为艳山姜药材的鉴别依据。
Objective: To study on the microscopic identification and quality evaluation of the Alpinia zerumber( Pers) Burtt et Smith that is the relatively unique ethnic medicine in Guizhou. Methods: By the Morphological identification and microscopic identification,the study of quality evaluation refers to contents of the appendices( water,volatile Oil,extractum,total ash and acid-insoluble ash) in Chinese pharmacopoeia of 2010 edition( Volume I). Results: The character of crude drug and microscopic characters of transverse section as well as powder were described. The determination results of the water,volatile Oil,water-soluble extractives,total ash and acid-insoluble ash in the medicine were respectively recorded as 9. 41% ~ 10. 36%,1. 09% ~ 1. 15%,11. 41% ~ 17. 28%,5. 67% ~ 7. 65%and 0. 85% ~ 1. 09%. Conclusion: The results can be the differential basis of Alpinia zerumber(Pers) Burtt et Smith.
