摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察内界膜剥离治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法:采用玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥离术。结果:15例15眼术后最佳矫正视力较术前均有不同程度的提高,视力提高率100%。结论:内界膜剥离能提高患者视力,明显改善患者视物变形的情况,提高视网膜脱离复位率。
