摘要(Abstract):
本文报告姜科姜黄属植物挥发油抗真菌实验的结果。姜黄、郁金、莪术三种挥发油对我国常见的10种致病真菌都有较明显的抑制作用,其中以姜黄挥发油的抑菌作用最强,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为2~0.08%(ml/100ml),姜黄挥发油除具强抗真菌作用外,还具有多种药理活性,且姜黄在我国资源丰富,故有较大的实用及开发价值。本试验还表明,莪术挥发油对白色念珠菌也有较明显的抑制作用。
This paper reports the results of fungistatic tests of volatile oils of Curcu- ma L.herbs in vitro.It was found that volatile oils of C.Longa L,C. Aromatica Salisb,C.Zedoaria Rose had a very strong fungistatic effect on 10 pathogenic fungi seen usually in China,among it C.Longa L was the strongest(MIC 20.08%).Besides fungistatic activity,volatile oils of C. Longa L showed all kinds of pharmacological effects.On the other hand, C.Longa L is widely cultivated in China.So it may be great valuable for use and exploration.In this test,author foune that C.Zedoaria Rose is charactea rized by considerably strong fungistatic effect on C.Albican,and it offers new testimony for the treatment of cervical carcinoma.
