哮喘患儿血清ECP和TIgE水平测定及意义

摘要(Abstract):

目的:通过测定哮喘患儿血清中嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)和总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)水平,初步了解血清ECP水平与TIgE水平及哮喘的相关性。方法:收集40例哮喘患儿及40例健康儿童的静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定血清ECP水平,采用散射比浊法检测血清TIgE水平,对哮喘患儿的血清ECP与TIgE水平进行相关分析。结果:哮喘患儿血清ECP、TIgE水平较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);哮喘患儿血清ECP与TIgE水平之间无相关性(r=0.303,P>0.05)。结论:哮喘患儿血清ECP及TIgE水平升高,可能参与了哮喘的免疫发病过程。
Objective: To measure the serum eosinophil cationic protein( ECP) and total immunoglobulin E( TIgE) level in children with asthma,and so as to understand the correlation between serum ECP levels as well as TIgE levels and asthma. Method: Venous blood was collected from 40 asthmatic children and 40 healthy children. The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) was used to measure the level of serum ECP and the scatter turbidimetry method was used to measure the level of serum TIgE. Result: The levels of serum ECP and TIgE in children with asthma were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences was significant( P < 0. 05). There was no correlation between serum ECP and TIgE level in children with asthma( r = 0. 303,P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The serum ECP and TIgE level in children with asthma elevated,which is involved in the immune pathogenesis of asthma in children.
