摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :探讨国际勃起功能指数 5 (IIEF 5 )的临床应用。方法 :对 78例勃起功能障碍 (ED)患者采用I IEF 5问卷调查 ,结合临床资料、男科常规体检及实验室检查进行分析。结果 :78例ED患者轻度的有 2 4例 ,中度的 2 2例 ,重度的 32例 ;发病年龄以 31～ 42岁为高峰期 ,占总数的 35 9% ,且随年龄的增加病情呈加重的趋势 ;病因以慢性前列腺炎所致者突出 ,占 2 5 5 9%。结论 :运用IIEF 5问卷调查结合临床病史、体征等是一种简捷、快速诊断ED的方法 ,具有量化、标准统一的优点
Objective:The questionaire investigation of erectile dyfunction patients with Erectile Function Exponentially 5 (IIEF 5). Methods: The questionnaire of IIEF 5 was used to investigate and analysis 78 ED (erectile dyfunction) patients combining with the collection of clinical materials, routine physical examination and laboratory examination to analyse it. Results: In all the 78 ED patients 24 were mild, 22 patients medium and 32 patients severe. The morbidity reached a peak between 31 to 42 years old which made up 35.9% of all patients. Furthermore, the patient's condition was showing a tendency to increase with the increase of age. The 25 59% of the disease was caused by prostatitis. Conclusion: The questionnaire of IIEF 5 combining with a case history? physical signs, symptoms and etc, was a kind of simple and rapid method to diagnose ED and had the advantage of quantitation and the unified standard.
