摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :为进一步了解慢性肾衰晚期心肌肥大的发病机制 ,观察胰岛素样生成因子Ⅰ (IGF Ⅰ )是否在心肌肥大中起作用。方法 :用放射免疫检测法研究了肾大部切除大鼠心肌组织IGF Ⅰ的含量 ,同时测定了心肌蛋白量和DNA含量。结果 :肾大部切除大鼠 90d后出现明显心肌肥大 ,心肌组织IGF Ⅰ增高 ,与假手术处理的Wistar大鼠相比 ,有显著性差异。结论 :研究提示 ,IGF Ⅰ可能与慢性肾衰心肌肥大的发生有关 ,是介导心肌肥大的因素之一
Objective:To farther understand the mechanism of cardiomegalia at final stage of chronic renal failure. Methods: The level of IGF Ⅰ in heart tissue was measured by radioimmunoassay in rats with subtotal nephrectomy on day 7,30 and 90. Total tissue protein and DNA were also examined. Results: The results showed that significant cardiomegaly and increase of heart IGF Ⅰ in rats with subtotal nephrectomy on day 90 were observed comparing with those in shamoperated rats. The total heart protein was enhanced as well. Conclusion: Our studies suggested that IGF Ⅰ may be involved and related with cardiomegaly at final stage of chronic reual failure.
