摘要(Abstract):
目的:了解贵阳市食品市场中转基因食品的标识情况及市民对转基因食品的认识程度。方法:调查以大豆、玉米、油菜籽、番茄为原料的超市货架食品的标识,人群调查采用随机问卷调查。结果:贵阳市4大超市货架食品中植物油的转基因标识达100%,其余被调查食品均无转基因标识。1 980名被调查的市民中知道或听说过转基因食品的人仅占28.94%,其中15.25%的人认为转基因食品对人体有害,73.08%的人不清楚其安全性。结论:贵阳市食品市场中转基因食品标识率低,且市民对转基因食品的认识不足。今后应加强宣传,以提高转基因食品的标识率及市民对商品的知情权。
Objective: To investigate the situation that how the genetically modified ingredients in food being claimed in Guiyang area at present,and how much Guiyang citizen realize it.Methods: Investigating the shelf-foods made of soybean,corn,rapeseed,and tomato in the supermarkets;Surveying the public with random questionnaire.Results: The ingredient ratio of plant oil was 100% marked in four supermarkets,while other foods were not marked about genetically modified food ingredients.28.94% of interviewees knew or heard about genetically modified food among the 1980 Guiyang citizen.15.25% of interviewees considered genetically modified food have negative future effects,73.08% of interviewees didn't know its relation with safety.Conclusions: The ratio of claiming genetically modified organisms in food ingredients is low in Guiyang,and the knowledge of it is lack among Guiyang citizen.In the future,we should strengthen propaganda,to improve the ratio of ingredient mark in foods and the consciousness of Guiyang citizen to know it.
