2型糖尿病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的研究Research on High-sensitive C Reactive Protein and Low-density Lipoprotein in Serum of Type Ⅱ Diabetes Patients

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的变化对2型糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化的危险性。方法:收集84例2型糖尿病患者和39例体检正常者的血清,采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法测定血清hs-CRP,一步法测定LDL-C。结果:在正常对照组hs-CRP为(1.23±0.73)mg/L,LDL-C正常组的hs-CRP为(4.57±1.74)mg/L,LDL-C增高组的hs-CRP为(8.53±3.32)mg/L,LDL-C正常组和LDL-C增高组的hs-CRP明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);LDL-C正常组和LDL-C增高组的hs-CRP水平差异也有非常显著意义(P<0.01);同时hs-CRP水平与LDL-C水平呈正相关(r=0.86,P<0.01)。结论:作为炎症因子,hs-CRP和LDL-C一样参与2型糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化过程,并可能对其发生、发展有重要预测作用。
Objective:To study the adverse influence of serum levels of high-sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C ) in patients of type Ⅱ diabetes complicated by artherosclerosis. Method: Serum samples were collected from 84 type Ⅱ diabetes patients (patient group) and 39 normal people (normal control group,group C). Serum level of hs-CRP was detected with latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay and LDL-C detected with One-step method. The patient group was further divided into normal LDL-C group (group N) and high LDL-C group (group H) according to their serum LDL-C level. Results: Serum levels of hs-CRP were (1.23±0.73)mg/L ,(4.57±1.74)mg/L ,and (8.53±3.32)mg/L in groups C,N,and H respectively. The hs-CRP levels of group N and H were significantly higher than that of group C (P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively);There was a significant difference between the hs-CRP levels of groups N and H (P<0.01). The hs-CRP level showed a positive correlation with LDL-C level (r=0.86,P<0.01). Conclusion: As an inflammatory factor,hs-CRP participates the artherosclerosis process in diabetes as well as LDL-C,and it could reflect the happening and development of artherosclerosis.
