血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力与大脑皮质ED1表达
The Relationship between Behavior and ED1 Expression in Cerebral Cortex in Rats with Vascular Dementia

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究血管性痴呆(Vascular Dementia,VD)大鼠巨噬细胞-小胶质细胞胞质抗原(ED1)及学习记忆能力的改变。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组、假手术组和VD模型组,采用4-血管阻断(4-Vesselocclusion,4-VO)全脑缺血再灌注制备VD大鼠模型,Y-型迷宫检测各组大鼠学习记忆能力,SABC法检测大脑皮质ED1阳性表达细胞。结果:与正常组、假手术组相比较,模型组大鼠学习、记忆能力受损明显,ED1免疫神经元表达增高(P<0.05)。结论:VD模型大鼠学习记忆能力下降可能与ED1表达增高有关。
Objective: To study the changes of macrophage-microglia antigen(ED1)levels and behavior of vascular dementia(VD) rats,and to explore their relationship.Methods: Thirty male wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group(group C),sham operation group(group S),VD model group(group M).VD model was established with 4-vesselocclusion method.Learning and memory abilities of rats in three groups were detected with Y-type maze test.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ED1.Results: Compared with those in groups C and S,learning and memory abilities of rats were significantly impaired,and ED1 expression positive neurons were increased(P<0.0 5) in group M.Conclusions: The decline of learning and memory abilities of rats may relate to the increasing of ED1 expression in neurons in the cerebral cortex.
