用甲基蓝分光光度法测定亚硝酸根

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究亚硝酸根与甲基蓝的褪色反应,建立一个简单、灵敏、选择性高的亚硝酸根的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定不同条件下的吸光度。结果:实验表明,当甲基蓝与NO2-反应后发生颜色变化,在590 nm波长处发生褪色反应,此长波处,吸光度的变化与溶液中NO2-的浓度成正比,其线性范围在05 m g/L,摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.4×104L.m ol-1.cm-1,相关系数为0.995 5。结论:甲基蓝分光光度法具有良好的稳定性和选择性,用于环境水样中微量NO2-的测定,结果满意;建立了测定亚硝酸根的新方法。
Objective: To explore a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite. Method: Based on the nitrosation reaction of methyl blue with nitrite in diluted hydrochloric acid medium, a new method was developed. Results: The linear range for the determination was 0~50mg/L NO_25 m g/L,摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.4×104L.m ol-1.cm-1,相关系数为0.995 5。结论:甲基蓝分光光度法具有良好的稳定性和选择性,用于环境水样中微量NO2-的测定,结果满意;建立了测定亚硝酸根的新方法。
Objective: To explore a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite. Method: Based on the nitrosation reaction of methyl blue with nitrite in diluted hydrochloric acid medium, a new method was developed. Results: The linear range for the determination was 0~50mg/L NO_2- . Most of coexistent ions did not interfere the determination of NO_2- . Most of coexistent ions did not interfere the determination of NO_2-. When applied this method to the determination of nitrite in water samples, satisfactory results were achieved. Conclusion: The development of this method is successful.
