鼻咽癌组织中凋亡相关基因蛋白表达及其意义

摘要(Abstract):

目的:治疗前随机抽取鼻咽癌和慢性鼻咽炎组织中的bcl-2及bax蛋白的表达进行观察和比较,探讨两者在鼻咽癌及慢性鼻咽炎组织中的表达和相互关系。方法:对36例鼻咽癌和26例慢性鼻咽炎标本进行bcl-2和bax的免疫组织化学染色,并进行统计学分析。结果:bcl-2和bax表达水平在鼻咽癌和慢性鼻咽炎组织间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。bcl-2蛋白在鼻咽癌Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的表达比Ⅲ~Ⅳ期高,随分期增高而下降,组间差异显著(P<0.05);bax表达随分期增高而增高,组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在鼻咽癌中,bcl-2阳性率比bax高,两者表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:bcl-2与bax相互作用在鼻咽癌的发生和发展中起重要作用。
Objective: To explore the expression and inter-relationship of bcl-2 and bax in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and chronic nasopharyngitis. Methods: Specimens of 36 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 26 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis were stained with immunohistochemical techniques, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: the expression of bcl-2 was significantly higher and the expression of bax was significantly lower in nasopharyngeal carcinoma specimens than those in chronic nasopharyngitis. The expression rate of bcl-2 was significantly higher than that of bax in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The expression of bcl-2 declined and bax increased along with the increase of the stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Conclusion: The interreaction between bcl-2 and bax might play a very important role in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
