摘要(Abstract)：

目的:通过测定哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平,探讨其在哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法:收集50例哮喘急性发作期患儿及30例健康儿童的静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定血清IL-17水平。结果:哮喘急性发作期患儿血清IL-17水平与正常对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.156,P<0.05)。结论:IL-17可能参与了儿童哮喘的发病过程。
Objective:To explore the effect of IL-17 on the immune pathogenesis of asthma in children by observing its serum levels.Method: Blood samples were taken from 50 asthma children and 30 healthy children.ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of IL-17 of these samples.Result: The serum levels of IL-17 in children with asthma were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(t=2.156,P﹤0.05).Conclusion: IL-17 may be involved in the immune pathogenesis of asthma in children.
