心电图和超声心动图对高血压病所致左室负荷过重的诊断估价

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 动脉血压长期持续增高可引起左心室肥厚、劳损、扩张等一系列器质性病变,最后导致充血性心力衰竭。为了及时了解其左心负荷过重情况及其左心功能损害程度,常须应用心电图及超声心动图等无创性器械检查,特别是超声心动图检查对确定心室壁的厚度,判断左心室的功能状况颇有价值。本文的研究目的在于对高血压病所致的左心病变,先以心电图诊断指标作基础,分析其与超声心动图有关在室病变及其功能影响
