荧光法测定部分果蔬中的核黄素Fluorometric Determination of Vit B_2 In Some Fruits and Vegetables

摘要(Abstract):
采用室温酸解处理方法,用荧光分析法测定了部分果蔬中的核黄素(VB2),结果表明,在食用菌、四季豆、菠菜等中VB2含量较多。
This paper adopted the simple and convenient method of acid dissolve in room temperature, determined the Vit B2 in some fruits and vegetables with fluorometric analysis method.The results indicate that the contents of Vit B2, are more in mushroom,bean,spinack,etc.If we usually food these vegetables, we can get more Vit B2 it will increase the strength of our body to resist cancer.
