摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨酒精中毒患者治疗前后部分免疫指标的变化。方法:50例酒精中毒的住院患者和25例正常对照者,采血作T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞(NKC)活性和部分体液免疫物质的测定。结果:酒精中毒患者治疗前 CD_3、CD_4、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8、NKC活性均低于对照组(P<0.01～0.001),而IgA、IgG水平则高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后CD_3、CD_4、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8、NKC活性高于治疗前(P<0.05～0.01),IgA、IgG水平较治疗前有所降低,与对照组的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:酒精中毒患者存在免疫功能紊乱,提示精神-神经-免疫系统可能存在复杂的相互联系。
Objective: To investigate changes of some immune indices in alcoholism patients before and after treatment. Methods: 50 alcoholism patients and 25 normal people as control were recruited. Subjects were assessed with the criteria of CCMD - 2 - R. Peripheral blood samples were taken for tests of T - cell subsets ( expressed with numbers of CD3, CD4, CD8, and CD4/CD8) , natural killer cell activity(NKCA) ,and humoral immunity. Results: Compared to the controls, the levels of CD3, CD4 , CD8, CD4/CD8, and NKCA were significantly lower in patients before treatment ( P < 0. 001) , while the levels of IgA, IgG was higher (P < 0. 001). After treatment, the levels of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 ,and NKCA significantly increased(P <0. 05 -0. 01) ,and levels of IgA, IgG decreased and there was no significant difference between the patient group and the control group ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : It is suggested that alcoholic patients may possess immunological dysfunction, and there is a complex interaction between psycho- neuro - immunological systems.
