摘要(Abstract):
测定脑梗塞 (ACI)病人淋巴细胞整合素含量 ,拟提高早期诊治的质量。应用流式细胞术检测ACI患者淋巴细胞膜表面整合素CD2 9、CD1 8百分含量。结果 :ACI组CD2 9、CD1 8均显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。重病组又略高于病轻组 (P <0 0 5)。病后 6h又高于病后 96h组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :CD2 9、CD1 8粘附分子水平异常增高与脑血栓形成的机制有关 ,且增高的值可随病情的加重而增高 ,随病程的延长而降低。因此CD2 9、CD1 8淋巴细胞膜表面活性增加可做为ACI早期诊治的最新、最敏感的指标
To study the content changes of integrin CD 29 and CD 18 on membrane surface of lymphocyties in the patients with cerebral infarction, so as to improve the quality of diagnosis and therapy in early stage of the disease. We determined the cotents of CD 29 and CD 18 with flow cytometry. The contents of CD 29 and CD 18 in the group of ACI were higher significantly than that in the control group (P<0 01),the group of patients with mild illness(P<0 05). The levels of CD 29 and CD 18 in the group of patients who had sufferd from ACI 6 h were higher than that in the groups of 96 h(P<0 05). The abnormal increases in CD 29 and CD 18 related with cerbral thrombosis, and the titre was increasing as the illness was severer and it was decreasing as course of the disease was prolongated. Therefore, the increases in CD 29 and CD 18 on the membrane of lymphocytes maybe were new and sensitive indexes for diagnosis and treatment of ACI at early stage.
