贵州省9批不同产地盾叶秋海棠药材中铅、镉、砷、汞及铜的测定

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立药材盾叶秋海棠中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)及铜(Cu)的测定方法。方法:采用压力罐消解法对贵州省不同产地9批盾叶秋海棠进行前处理,采用原子吸收光谱法测定Pb、Cd、Cu、Hg及As元素的含量,并参照《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》判定9批盾叶秋海棠5个元素超标情况。结果:原子吸收光谱法测定盾叶秋海棠中Pb、Cd、Cu、Hg及As元素的方法均有良好的线性关系(r> 0. 999),平均回收率分别为79. 03%、73. 82%、87. 28%、88. 66%及92. 67%;参照《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》,两批药材分别出现了汞、砷超标的情况。结论:本研究建立的盾叶秋海棠中Pb、Cd、As、Hg及Cu测定方法简便、准确及重复性好,可为盾叶秋海棠的质量控制研究提供理论参考。
Objective: To establish the method for the determination of five heavy metals and harmful elements in lead( Pb),cadmium( Cd),arsenic( As),mercury( Hg) and copper( Cu) in Begonia cavalerei lévl,and provide reference for its quality control. Methods: The autoclave digestion was used to pre-treat the samples of 9 batches of B. cavalerei lévl from different regions in Guizhou province,China. The atomic absorption spectrophotometer determined the contents of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu,and the limit exceeding condition of the five elements was established through Importing Green Industry Standards of Medicinal Plants and Preparations. Results: Good linear relationship existed in the method for the determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in B. cavalerei( r > 0. 999) detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The average recovery rates( n = 6) were 79. 03%,73. 82%,87. 28%,88. 66% and 92. 67% respectively. In accordance with the Importing Green Industry Standards,two batches of B. cavalerei exceeded the limit of mercury and arsenic. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,can provide theoretical reference for quality control of B.cavalerei.
