摘要(Abstract)：

用９％和６％两种不同浓度的盐酸脱色液对１４３例氟斑牙患者的１２２２颗着色型氟斑牙进行脱色治疗。结果显示：两种浓度的盐酸脱色液对各种程度着色型氟斑牙均有一定的脱色作用，以轻、中度着色者脱色效果为佳，随着色程度加重，脱色显效率逐渐降低。着色伴缺损者脱色效果显著较单纯着色者差，表明氟斑牙着色程度及伴有缺损是影响脱色治疗效果的主要因素。本文认为，采用低浓度盐酸脱色液治疗轻、中度着色型氟斑牙是一种安全、有效、经济、简便的脱色治疗方法；重度着色及伴有缺损者脱色治疗效果不理想，应采用其它方法修复治疗。
To explore the decolorized effect of mottled enamel with dilute hydrochloric acid, 143 of patients with mottled enamel were divided into two groups: decolorant Ⅰ group and decolorant Ⅱgroup, 9/00 and 6/00 of hydrochloric acid were applied respectively for decolorizing. The teeth to be treated comprised upper and lower incisor and canine teeth. The treated teeth totalled 1 222. The self-control method was applied in experiment. The results, 100/00 of effectiveness rate on mottled enamel with light degree of pigmentation in both groups, and 93. 88/00 and 82. 31/00 of effectiveness rate on moderate degree of pigmentation in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, were shown. No significant differences on effectiveness rate were found in both groups. We concluded that a good effect of decoloration could be obtained with dilute hydrochloric acid (9/00 and 6/00) to treat mottled enamel which with light or moderate pigmentation.
