摘要(Abstract)：

目的:通过分析慢性肾病患者的临床参数及病理指标,探讨影响慢性肾病患者肾功能的危险因素。方法:选345例经肾活检确诊的慢性肾病患者的临床及病理资料,采用逐步回归方法探讨影响肾功能的危险因素。结果:逐步回归分析结果表明选入逐步回归方程的因素有血压、24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿酸、肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化。结论:高血压、24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿酸、肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化是影响慢性肾病患者肾功能的高危因素。
Objective: To study the risk factors affecting kidney function in patients with chronic kidney disease by analysis of clinical parameters and pathologyical indexes.Methods: Clinical and pathological data of 345 patients with chronic kidney disease confirmed by renal biopsy were analyzed by using multivariate stepwise regression models to explore risk factors of kidney function.Results: Factors that showed effects on kidney function were 24 h urine protein,hypertension,blood uric acid,glomerulosclerosis and interstitialfibrosis.Conclusions: Hypertension,24 h urine protein,glomerulosclerosis,renal interstitialfibrosis and blood uric acid are high risk factors affecting kidney function in patients with chronic kidney disease.
